Nogway Group inaugurates first investment in housing tourism in August

The Nogway Group, through its company Nogway Capital, is opening in the first quarter of 2020 a project divided by two buildings located in the emblematic Rua de Santa Catarina, in Invicta Porto City: PORTOTEM Classic and PORTOTEM Premium.

The PORTOTEM Classic building is an Apart-Hotel consisting of 7 Lofts, 21 beds, with exclusive Nogway line finishes, set in approximately 400m2, with reception with local convenience store and relaxation patio.

The PORTOTEM Premium building is an Apart-Hotel consisting of 16 beds spread over 8 Apartments and a commercial area reserved for Restaurant consisting of Ground Floor and Basement.

At first floor level there are four fully equipped Lofts. At the second floor level there are three Lofts and one fully equipped duplex T1.

This is a building with high luxury finishes and has a lift.

In these two Tourist Units, Nogway Capital rewards luxury and shapes these contemporary buildings with color and light.
